Messy Summer Activities

I tried to plan fun activities for our kids all summer. Some days were totally boring despite my efforts. These are some pictures of our really messy (but lots of fun) summer days. Do other moms let their kids do this? It was fun, but the clean up was enough to make these a once a year event.
